Cancellation Policy

At Sun Auto Engineers, we understand that plans can change. To manage our workshop schedule efficiently and serve all customers effectively, we follow the cancellation policy below.

Appointment Cancellation:
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any charge.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service slot may incur a convenience fee of ₹500 to cover technician allocation.
No-Show Policy:
If a customer does not arrive for a scheduled pickup or drop-off without prior notice, the appointment will be considered cancelled.
Roadside Assistance:
Requests for emergency roadside assistance cannot be cancelled once our technician has been dispatched to your location.
