Refund Policy

At Sun Auto Engineers, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive care and services to our customers.

  • Service Refunds:
    Once a repair or maintenance service is completed and the vehicle is delivered, the labor charges are non-refundable.
  • Spare Parts:
    Parts installed are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period, it will be replaced at no additional cost; however, cash refunds are not provided for installed parts.
  • Advance Payments:
    If you have paid an advance for a specific luxury spare part, a refund is only possible if the order is cancelled before the part has been dispatched by our supplier.
  • Refund Timeline:
    Approved refunds for booking deposits will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
